Prices
are in Euro per person, per night and include breakfast, cleaning and linen
and all taxes.
During the Low
season there will be an extra charge of 10 euros due to heating
taxes.

cannot accept credit card, but only cash payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS

Reservations must be
confirmed by the B&B by e-mail after the payment of advance deposit.

Cancellations must be
received in writing (by phone or e-mail).

Cancellation fees:
LOW SEASON:
Cancellations
must be received up to 7 days prior to arrival date; if not a fee of
20% of entire stay booked will be charged.
HIGH SEASON:
Cancellations must be received up to 10 days prior to arrival date;
if not a fee of 50% of entire stay booked will be charged.
From 2 days prior to arrival date, a fee will be charged up to 100%
of entire stay booked.
During all the month of August cancellations must be received up to
20 days prior to arrival date.
In the case of no-show or
early departure, a fee charged up to 100% of entire stay booked.
A discount up to 10% of the entire price will be applied for
stay longer than 6 nights.
